Owner and Managing Director of VVK AG

The founder of VVK AG was the founding lecturer for financial planning for many years at what is now the Institute for Financial Planning IfFP. He developed the business model, provision planning, and asset management for the members of large partner associations at favourable and transparent prices. He has been advising families and individuals at their homes with neutral and independent recommendations for provision, investment, and tax optimisation – for the past 15 years. A wealth of experience has been accumulated from around ten thousand visits, which he shares with participants of the successful VVK AG workshops. His hobbies are engaging in the Schlaraffia society, skiing, and touring on his motorcycle.

Asset manager, member of the management

Ms Dr Bärtsch already gathered her first experiences in the VVK Group in 2002 as part of her exchange programme at the University of St. Gallen as a provision planner to finance her studies, which she completed with distinctions. After completing her PhD – also at the University of St. Gallen – on the subject of “The Consumption Capital Asset Pricing Model: an empirical research for the Swiss capital market under consideration of seasonal effects”, she decided to stay with our group. The mother of three works today as a postdoctoral financial analyst. As a member of the general management, she is responsible for product analysis and portfolio management. If she’s not spending time with her family, she enjoys skiing and jewellery design.

Arlinda Amidi successfully completed her commercial apprenticeship in the fiduciary/real estate sector in the summer of 2020. In September 2025, she also completed her studies as a certified business economist HF, Professional Bachelor with excellent results, thereby comprehensively deepening her business management expertise.

Today, she works for us as assistant to the managing director and is also responsible for accounting. With her structured, reliable, and committed approach to her work, she supports the management and the team in administrative and financial areas.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature and doing various activities with friends and family.

Assistant Manager

Sarah Vonarburg completed her vocational training in 2009, receiving her diploma as a certified Hotelière – Restauratrice and then worked several years in various, renowned hotels. She then spent 7 years as the assistant to management, as well as in procurement & marketing at a leading software company. Since March 2018, she has been part of the team at VVK Group, working in group marketing. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors and with friends. Her hobbies include family, hiking, and skiing.

Marzena Joanna Ozog

Executive Assistant

Marzena Joanna Ozog has gained experience in administration, organization, and customer service. Through her professional roles in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain, she has developed a keen sense for structured processes and for collaborating with diverse teams.

She has been working at the VVK Group as an Executive Assistant since March 2026. In this role, she supports the executive management in administrative and organizational matters and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

She works in a structured and reliable manner and has a strong sense of responsibility. Multilingualism is also one of her strengths.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor sports.

After completing his basic commercial training, Robert Mazenauer entered the field of marketing and acquired federal certificates and diplomas. Among other things, he was head of marketing at Raiffeisenbank, head of marketing communications at Helsana and held executive positions at two leading companies in the medical industry. In our team he is in charge of marketing and is the contact person for our partner associations and their sections. A passionate family man, Robert Mazenauer loves to spend his free time with his wife and two children.

Salome Waldner has worked for various health insurance companies as a sales consultant and sales coordinator.
In our team she is in charge of customer service and is the contact person for insurance and mortgages.
In her free time she likes to spend her time in nature, be it cycling, jogging, hiking or in the water. She also loves the change from work with cooking, reading and with friends.

Thanks to his many years of experience, Frank Heisler also understands the needs and challenges of our older customers in particular. He also continues to provide advice where others already stop, thus fulfilling the specifications of the holistic and sustainable customer advice typical of VVK. Due to his great life experience, he feels his job as a customer advisor at VVK AG is more than just a job. It is his vocation.

After graduating from high school in 2017, Violetta Mudra started a professional career in the banking industry and developed her skills over the next five years to become a certified private client advisor. At VVK AG, she supports the team and customers in administration. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new hiking routes with her friends and playing the piano.

Olga Goncharova

Retirement planner

Olga Goncharova is a financial planner specializing in Russian/Ukrainian translations and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector.

She holds three college degrees and, since the start of the war in Ukraine, has been living in Switzerland with her daughters, where she is pursuing further education and continuously improving her German language skills.

In her free time, she volunteers for charitable projects and organizes various social events.

Melanie Hofstetter is about to complete her commercial apprenticeship in summer 2023. She has been supporting the VVK administration and seminar team since September 2022.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Irina Barbolin

Financial planning coordinator

In 2011 Irina Barbolin completed her business administration studies at the Giessen technical college in Germany. After spending seven years with her family in China, she joined our team in 2020, and supports us in the role of financial planning coordinator. She spends her free time with her daughter and runs art projects and painting classes for children and adults.

Jenny Strässle

Jenny Strässle began her apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (EFZ) at VVK AG in August 2025. Prior to that, she worked for six years as a care specialist specializing in supporting people with disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors.

Art Orllati began his apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (EFZ) at VVK AG in August 2025. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends. He has been playing for the FC Teufen soccer club for nine years.
